Small John Deere push lawn mower Vintage Antique tractor

This small mower is dirty and has wear from age and storage. Its being sold as is for parts or repair. I pulled it and it sounded good but wouldn't start. The cord didn't retract tight all the way but mostly did each time pulled. Please see pictures for condition. This is for local pickup because of its size. I might be able to put this on a greyhound bus but please contact me before purchasing. Two of the plastic wheels have holes in them but they still roll fine.
