Cancellations: All transactions are handled through PayPal. When we receive a payment through PayPal, we are charged 2.9% of the total transaction amount + $0.30 for the transaction. When we refund a customer, PayPal retains that amount, and does not reimburse us for it. Because of this, all cancellations are subject to having 2.9% + $0.30 deducted from the refund amount. Example: If you pay $10 for an item and then request a cancellation, your refund amount will total $9.41. This is non-negotiable and by purchasing this item, you agree to this policy in full.
