Returns

Goods returned must be in a clean, unused condition, in original box/packaging and fit for resale, gaskets must be unopened, to receive full refund of goods purchase price (excludes postage/shipping and insurance charges). Goods returned 14 days or more after receipt will be subject to a 20% handling charge. ALL RETURNS must have prior permission and a note including name, address, date purchased and reason for return. Parcels that arrive with damaged/missing or with incorrect parts should be notified to SJ-Spares within 48hrs of receipt. Parts ordered incorrectly or are no longer required are returned at the customers expense and may be subject to a 20% handling charge. Parts that are faulty must be returned for inspection before a refund or exchange can be issued.
